摘要:: 事业单位是一个人才聚集的场所，它的发展关系着我国的经济发展水平。在事业单位的发展过程中，档案的作用举足轻重。事业单位档案记录着事业单位的人力资源、资金情况、基础设施的基本信息，它的完善程度和精准程度对事业单位各方面的进一步发展都十分重要。因此，我们必须要对事业单位的档案进行合理的管理。

Abstract:: The public institution is a place where talents gather, and its development is related to the level of economic development in China. In the development process of the institution, the file plays an important role. Business unit records the institution of human resources, financial situation, the basic in? formation of the infrastructure, the perfection of its extent and degree of precision to the further develop? ment of the aspects of institution is very important. Therefore, we must make reasonable management of the archives of public institutions.
