摘要:
档案是目前我国记录公民基本信息、公司基本信息等一项最主要的记录手段，由于档案 涉及大部分人的隐私和基本权益，因此档案管理人员需有较高的职业素养和道德规范才能够胜 任该工作。本文将从四个方面对档案管理人员职业道德规范进行研究和分析。
Abstract:
Archives is at present our country citizen basic information, the company basic information such as a primary means of record, because the files involved in most people's privacy and the basic rights and interests, thus archives management personnel should have higher professional quality and ethics can only be up to the job. This paper will study and analyze the professional ethics of archivists from four aspects.
