摘要:
为了提大跨距闸门运行的平稳性和可靠性,简化启闭机的实验过程,本文运用ADAMS 软件对翻转式弧形闸门在静水环境下启闭过程进行仿真,直观地观察了翻转式弧形闸门启闭机 的整个过程,对比分析了四连杆启闭机和六连杆启闭机两种方法下闸门在静水环境下闭合过程 中运行特性。结果表明:其它参数相同的情况下,四连杆启闭机在闸门运行的起始阶段冲击和振 动比较显著;其它参数相同的情况下,六连杆启闭机构在闸门运行结束阶段前的冲击和振动比较 显著;合理的减小启闭机的驱动速度,能够减小对闸门的冲击和振动;优化启闭机的结构参数及 合理
Abstract:
In order to raise the running stability and reliability of the large span sluice, simplify the gate hoist process of the experiment, flip-gate hoist of the radial sluice simulation using the ADAMS software in this paper under the static water environment, visually observed the whole process of radial sluice of the flip-gate hoist, comparative analysis the sluice lifting of the four linkage flip-gate hoist and six linkage flip-gate hoist under static water environment. The simulation results showed that the sluice lifting shock and vibration in the initial of the four linkage flip-gate hoist was more significant with the other parameters were same, the sluice lifting shock and vibration before the end of operation of the six linkage flip-gate hoist was more significant with the other parameters were same, the flipgate hoist driving velocity was decreased reasonably, the sluice lifting shock and vibration can reduce, the flip-gate hoist parameters were optimized and reasonable layout, can also reduce the impact and vi? bration of sluice lifting, therefore, sluice lifting can run smoothly with the reasonable choice of the large span flip-gate hoist .
