摘要:
农田水利工程开发及建设是一项要求极为严格、工程量巨大，开发建设过程是一项相当 复杂的工程，在建设的过程中由于管理不当，施工企业不重视工程质量，给后期的使用带来很大 的阻碍，文章通过对于这些问题进行分析，并提出了相应的解决对策，希望可以给相关人员提供 一些参考。
Abstract:
Irrigation and water conservancy project development and construction is a very strict, huge quantity, development and construction process is a complicated project, in the process of building be? cause of improper management, construction enterprises do not take the engineering quality, brings the use of the late great obstacles, in this paper, through the analysis for these problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide some reference to the related people.
