本次研究选择3 种菊花作为试验材料,对嫁接成活影响因素分析,光照长度取4h、8h、 12h,嫁接后浇水次数取1 次、2 次、3 次,处理嫁接后菊花,做嫁接茎干粗度、成活率进行测定。通 过试验测试结果,在光照长度上,相比8h、12h,4h 光照程度效果较好,而在浇水次数上,相比1 次、3 次嫁接浇水次数,每日保持2 次浇水,嫁接成活率更高。对于本次研究所选取的三种菊花包 括小桃红、白莲与黄莲,黄莲在茎干粗度、嫁接成活率上较高。
Abstract:
In this study, three kinds of chrysanthemum were selected as experimental materials, and the influencing factors of grafting survival were analyzed. The length of light was 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, the times of watering after grafting were 1 time, 2 times, 3 times, and the stem dry diameter of grafted chrysanthemum was treated after grafting. The survival rate was measured. The results showed that the light intensity was better at 8 h, 12 h and 4 h than that of 8 h, 12 h and 4 h, and the survival rate of grafting was higher than that of 1 time, 3 times of grafting and 2 times of water per day.
