以桉树木材和桉树锯末为基质,以混合锯末为对照,对桉树种植的灵芝进行了比较试 验。结果表明能够进行桉树下培养灵芝,灵芝菌丝体的增长率在桉树下生长快(桉树锯末的菌丝 体的日常增长率为9.75 mm?d -1,桉树段下灵芝菌丝每日的生长速度7.28mm (d-1)。桉树混合 基质灵芝鲜重47.66g,与对照组(47.11g)相比,更高,高出比例是1.18%。与对照组(45.44g)相比, 较低,低出比例是3.53%。从木屑基质下灵芝多糖(1.64g 100g-1)和灵芝多糖(1.44g 100g-1)实验 结果来看,其与对照组相比,更高。其中,前者高出比例是1.38g,后者高出比例是100% g-1。从 食用角度来看,灵芝中重金属含量不会损害人们的健康,没有超出相关绿色食品标准规定。
Abstract:
Using eucalyptus wood and eucalyptus sawdust as substrate and mixed sawdust as con? trol, a comparative experiment was carried out on Ganoderma lucidum planted in eucalyptus. The re? sults showed that Ganoderma lucidum could be cultured under eucalyptus trees, and the growth rate of mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum grew rapidly under eucalyptus (the daily growth rate of mycelium of eucalyptus sawdust was 9.75 mm ?d-1). The daily growth rate of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium under eucalyptus segment (7.28mm (d) 1). The fresh weight of Ganoderma lucidum mixed with euca? lyptus was 47.66g, which was 1.18% higher than that of control group (47.11g). Compared with the control group (45.44g), the ratio was lower than that of the control group (45.44g). It's 3.53%. The re? sults of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide (1.64g 100g-1) and Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide (1.44g 100g-1) in sawdust matrix showed that Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide was higher than the control group. Among them, the former is 1.38g higher than the latter is 100% gg-1. From the perspective of food, the contents of heavy metals in Ganoderma lucidum do not harm people's health and do not exceed the relevant green food standards.
