摘要:
基层图书馆是居民提升自身知识水平,熏陶人文素养的重要场所,承担着促进教育发 展的社会职能。在广大的欠发达地区,教育资源十分稀缺,图书馆也是不可多得的自修场所,有 利于促进公共文化建设,推动教育公平,从而达到教育扶贫的效果。但目前许多基层公共图书 馆长期存在一些管理服务上的问题,导致收效甚微。本文将针对这一现状,简要探讨基于精准 扶贫的基层图书馆文化帮扶体系构建。
Abstract:
The grass-roots library is an important place for residents to improve their knowledge level and cultivate their humanistic accomplishment, and they assume the social function of promoting the de? velopment of education. In the vast number of underdeveloped areas, educational resources are scarce and libraries are rare places for self-study, which is conducive to promoting the construction of public culture and promoting education equity, so as to achieve the effect of helping the poor through educa? tion. But at present, many grass-roots public libraries have some problems in management services for a long time, resulting in little effect. In view of this situation, this paper briefly discusses the construc? tion of the cultural support system of grass-roots libraries based on precision poverty alleviation.
