摘要:
随着我国第三次对刑诉法进行的修改，进入了社会主义法治的新阶段，从改动之处体 现了我国对法治的新要求，这些重要的改动均体现了我国立法者对当下急切需要解决的法律问 题的态度，本文对刑诉法的修改之处进行浅析。
Abstract:
With the third amendment to the criminal procedure law in China, China has entered a new stage of socialist rule of law. The changes reflect the new requirements for the rule of law in China. These changes reflect the legislators' attitude towards the current urgent legal problems to be solved.
