依托互联网为基础，网络募捐作为近期的一种新兴的公益形式正在发展。在其发挥积
极作用的同时，由于法律、制度的不健全，弊端日渐凸显。对其困境进行分析探讨，以期得出参
考性建议。
- Abstract:

Relying on the Internet, network donation as a new form of public welfare is developing.
While it plays an active role, due to the imperfection of laws and systems, the drawbacks are becoming
increasingly prominent. This paper makes an analysis and discussion of its predicament in order to
draw some reference suggestions.
