摘要:: 随着生活水平的不断提升，人们的饮食结构也在逐渐发生变化，国内外市场上对于牛肉的需求量不断增加，对牛肉品质的要求也越来越高。架子牛快速育肥技术可以在较短的时间内增加牛肉的产量，能够显著降低生产成本，大力支持架子牛育肥工作可以为养殖户带来良好的经济效益，也可以更好的满足市场的需求。

Abstract:: With the improvement of the living standard, people’s diet structure is also gradually changing. With the increasing demand for beef in the domestic and foreign markets, more and more high quality beef is also required. Shelf-beef rapid fattening cattle technology can increase of beef production in a relatively short time, can significantly reduce the production cost, the support shelf cattle fattening work can bring good economic benefits for farmers, also can better meet the demand of the market
