摘要:
为了缩短笃斯越桔的育苗周期,采用其腋芽进行组培技术育苗,该试验主要针对其初代 培养技术进行研究,结果得出:采集笃斯越桔的腋芽,经过消毒后接种到MS+KT 0.6 mg/L 培养 基上,培养25d,挑选生长健壮的愈伤组织切成0.5cm 小块,转入MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L 或MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L 培养基上,可诱导分化出大量不定芽,然后利用这 些不定芽作为中间繁殖体材料进行继代。
Abstract:
In order to shorten the days of nursery cycle for Vaccinium uliginosum, this experiment try to use tissue culture technology to culture seedings by axillary bud, mainly aimed the induction stage. The results showed that the axillary buds of Vaccinium uliginosum were cut after disinfection, and were inoculated into MS + KT 0.6 mg / L medium for 25 days. The callus was grown and the callus was cut into 0.5 cm pieces and transferred to MS + 6-BA 1.0 Mg / L + NAA 0.2 mg / L or MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg / L + NAA 0.5 mg / L medium, could induce a large number of adventitious buds, and then could use these adventitious buds for expanding.
