摘要:
我国的贫困区大多处于高海拔地区,针对不同地区的贫困案例,许多学者经过研究提出 了生态扶贫的理念,对生态环境与当地农业产业化发展之间的关系,环境灾害对人民生活的影 响,及高海拔地区生态功能建设等方面进行了分析和研究。本文将对此进行深入分析,并提出高 海拔地区生态扶贫的基本模式和政策建议。
Abstract:
Poverty areas in China are mostly located in high altitude areas. In view of the poverty cases in different regions, many scholars have put forward the concept of ecological poverty alleviation through research, and the relationship between ecological environment and the development of local ag? ricultural industrialization. The impact of environmental disasters on people's life and ecological func? tion construction in high altitude areas were analyzed and studied. This article will carry on the thor? ough analysis to this, and puts forward the basic pattern and the policy suggestion of the ecological pov? erty alleviation in the high altitude area.
