摘要:
随着我国生态文明建设补入攻坚期,社会各企事业单位对林业高级人才的需求持续旺 盛,农林高等院校研究生作为生态建设和水土保持事业的重要生力军,提升其人才培养质量尤 其是科研素养对建设美丽中国具有重要推动作用。科研素养包括科研理论素养、科研能力素养 和科研道德素养,科研能力是研究生人才培养的重要基础,部分研究生因客观条件匮乏或主观 能动性差等原因,其科研能力提升存在较大差异性,如文献查找分析能力不足、总结规划能力较 弱、缺乏提出科学问题的能力、缺乏逻辑思维、写作水平不高、学术道德素养有待提高等表现,提 升研究生
Abstract:
With the construction of ecological civilization in China, the employer’s demand for senior forestry talents is increases continuingly. As an important force for ecological construction and water and soil conservation, the quality of postgraduates ---especially skills of scientific research--- plays an important role in the construction of beautiful China. The scientific research accomplishment in? cludes the scientific research theory accomplishment, the scientific research ability accomplishment and the scientific research morals accomplishment. As the scientific research ability is the important foundation of the graduate student training, there are many reasons such as lack of good objective condi? tion and Poor subjective initiative, that make differences in the improvement of students scientific re? search ability, for example, the lack of ability in searching and analyzing literature , the weak ability to summarize planning ability, the lack of ability to make out scientific problems, unclear logical thinking, the low level of writing, the lack of academic moral quality and so on. By the means of enhancing gradu? ate students interest, inner urgency and subjective initiative in scientific research, which is a good way to promote their active learning, high-level completion of research training and promotion of their re? search capabilities. Universities should promote the growth of graduate students in all aspects by strengthening the construction of mentors, strengthening the cultivation and supervision of graduate stu? dents by increasing their time, making use of the system of rewards and punishments, creating a good atmosphere for scientific research, and improving the training and incentive system of scientific re? search ability.
