摘要:: 本文通过对广州市东塱村的现状、特征及存在问题进行了相应调研，归纳出东塱村居民生活现状和建筑布局形态，从而得出在城中村设计改造的过程中，应遵循以人为本和“旧”与 “新”和谐共生的原则。

Abstract:: Based on the investigation of the present situation, characteristics and existing problems of Donglong Village in Guangzhou, this paper sums up the living situation and architectural layout of the residents of Donglong Village, and thus draws the conclusion that in the process of the design and trans? formation of the village in the city, We should follow the principle of "people-oriented" and "old" and "new" harmonious symbiosis.
