摘要:
经过几十年的改革开放，我国已发展成为经济大国，但一些问题亦随之而来，现阶段我 国农业实行的家庭联产承包责任制经营，已不能满足新时代人民日益增长的物质文化需求。因 此实行新的土地制度和经营体制，把我国推向新时代农业强国的宝座，便成了现阶段推动我国 农业经济高速发展的迫切需要。
Abstract:
After decades of reform and opening up, China has developed into an economic country, but some problems also follow. At present, the household contract responsibility system in agriculture in China can no longer meet the growing material and cultural needs of the people in the new era. There? fore, the implementation of new land system and management system to push our country to the throne of agricultural power in the new era has become an urgent need to promote the rapid development of ag? ricultural economy in our country at the present stage.
