摘要:
采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定黑龙江省阿城地区典型耕地的大豆田中0~45 cm 不同土层豆乙合剂(乙草胺、氯嘧磺隆)中两种除草剂的残留量,研究其空间分布特征。样品经 乙腈提取,QUECHERS 法净化,测得三种除草剂的空间残留量,结果表明:(1)在各采集点土壤 中两种除草剂都有残留,乙草胺残留范围为9.16 ~ 96.26 ng/mL;氯嘧磺隆为2021.67 ~ 465287 ng/mL。并且,氯嘧磺隆的残留量明显大于乙草胺的残留量。(2)从检出的两种除草剂残留量的 垂直空间分布可知,乙草胺和氯嘧磺隆在土层中残留量的空间分布总体均呈先上升后下降的趋 势。
Abstract:
Ultra performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was used to determine the residues of two herbicides in Douyi mixture (acetochlor and chlorimuron-ethyl) which are commonly used mixtures in 0~45 cm of different soil layers from typical cultivated soybean fields in Acheng area, Heilongjiang Province, and study their spatial distribution characteristics. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by QUECHERS and determined by UPLC-MS. The results showed that: (1) Acetochlor residues ranged from 9.16 to 96.26 ng/mL and chlorimuron-ethyl ranged from 2021.67 to 465287 ng/mL (2) From the vertical spatial distribution of the two herbicide residues detected, it could be seen that the spatial distribution of acetochlor and chlorimuron-ethyl residues in the soil layer showed an overall upward trend firstly and then a downward trend.
