摘要:: 本文是一篇调研报告，通过深入丽水市莲都区路湾村进行实证调研的方式近距离接触被征地农民，了解当地征地安置补偿的具体情况，找出征地工作存在的问题及其原因，进而就完善征地制度与政策提出意见和建议。

Abstract:: This paper is a research report, through in-depth investigation of luwan village, liandu dis? trict, lishui city, to get close to the farmers who have been expropriated land, understand the specific sit? uation of the local land expropriation resettlement compensation, find out the problems and causes of land expropriation, and then put forward opinions and Suggestions on improving the land expropriation system and policy.
