摘要:
随着互联网的日益发展和电子商务市场的不断扩大与深入，物流行业已经成为经济发 展不可或缺的一股新生力量，并在一定程度上缓解了我国就业人口多、压力大的问题。但随着 电子商务行业的不断发展升级，其发展程度不均衡、基础设施不完善、服务水平较低等弊端也逐 渐凸显，在农村尤为突出。本文研究农村物流发展的背景，对目前行业现状进行了总结分析，提 出通过资金、技术、从业人员素质及管理水平等方面着手，探索出一条适应电商发展的农村物流 发展之路，推动农村经济和我国社会经济的可持续发展。
Abstract:
However, with the continuous development and upgrading of e-commerce industry, its de? velopment level is not balanced, infrastructure is not perfect, and the service level is relatively low. This paper studies the background of the development of rural logistics, summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the industry, and proposes to explore a way to adapt to the development of e-commerce in rural logistics development through the aspects of capital, technology, quality of employees and manage? ment level, so as to promote the sustainable development of rural economy and China's social economy.
