摘要:
本文针对我国植保工作新常态的基本特征进行了大体分析，围绕树立新型植保工作思想、深 化现代植保体系建设、健全三大支撑保障体系、提升植保管理服务水平四个层面，探讨了新常态下提 升我国植保工作质量的具体应对策略，以期为植保工作发展提供参考。
Abstract:
This paper makes a general analysis of the basic characteristics of the new normal state of plant protection work in our country, and discusses the concrete coping strategies to improve the quality of plant protection work under the new normal state in order to provide a reference for the development of plant pro? tection work.
