摘要:
通过测定土壤酶活性,在宁夏白芨滩保护区内矿井水库庙梁子水库边(A)、垂直水库0.5km (B)、1km(C、1.5km 处(D)设置4 个样地,研究矿井水对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:1)脲酶活性随 距离增大在0-10cm 土层显著降低;2)蔗糖酶活性随距离增大有所降低但差异不显著;3)磷酸酶活性 在D 中显著升高;4)过氧化氢酶活性随距离增大均呈降低趋势,且A 与D 间差异显著;5)样地间蔗糖酶 活性、磷酸酶活性及过氧化氢酶活性在0-30cm 土层均无显著变化,但各样地内脲酶活性随土层加深 呈波动上升趋
Abstract:
By measuring the soil enzyme activity, four sample plots were set up at Miaoliangzi Reservoir side (A), vertical reservoir 0.5 km (B),1 km (C ,1.5 km (D) in the mine reservoir injutan Reserve, Ningxia, to study the effect of mine water on soil enzyme activity. The results showed that :(1) soil urease activity de? creased significantly with the increase of distance cm (2) soil sucrase activity decreased with the increase of distance, the highest but no significant difference with B、C、D ;(3) soil phosphatase activity did not activity did not change significantly in A、B、C plots but increased significantly in D ;(4) soil phosphatase activity in? creased significantly with the increase of distance Soil catalase activity decreased with the increase of dis? tance, and the difference between A and D was significant ;5) soil sucrase activity, phosphatase activity and catalase activity did not change significantly between plots cm 0-30 soil layer, but soil urease activity in? creased with the deepening of soil layer.
