摘要:
本研究以松花江附近树根土为试验材料,筛选出具有絮凝活性的微生物菌株16 株,其中编 号为S-2 的菌株絮凝活性最高,达到76.8%。使用单因素与正交试验对其培养基碳源、氮源种类与浓 度和pH 进行优化,最优培养基组成为葡萄糖3.5%,蛋白胨0.2%,NaCl 0.5%,pH 值7.5,在此条件下,絮 凝剂产生菌S-2 絮凝活性可达92.8%。
Abstract:
In this study, 16 microbial strains with flocculation activity were screened out by taking root soil near songhua river as the experimental material, among which the strain numbered s-2 had the highest floc? culation activity, reaching 76.8%. The optimal medium composition was glucose 3.5%, peptone 0.2%, NaCl 0.5%, and pH value was 7.5. Under these conditions, the flocculant producing bacteria s-2 could achieve flocculation activity of 92.8%.
