摘要:: 作为最深刻的农村改革，农村集体产权制度改革还要起到保护农民利益和推动农村经济发展的双重作用。基于此，本文从农民权益保障和利益提高的双重维度对制度改革问题展开了分析，提出了政策调适策略，希望能够推动制度完善和改革深化。

Abstract:: As the most profound rural reform, rural collective property system reform also plays the dual role of protecting farmers' interests and promoting rural economic development. Based on this, this paper analyz? es the problems of the system reform from the dual dimensions of the protection of farmers' rights and inter? ests and the improvement of their interests, and puts forward the policy adjustment strategies, hoping to pro? mote the system improvement and the deepening of the reform.
