摘要:
该实验以东北对开蕨的孢子为外植体进行离体培养试验，得出了东北对开蕨孢子离体快繁 的途径：孢子试管培养初步得出原叶体，原叶体通过扩繁数量增多，然后将这些原叶体进行试管外诱 导得到孢子体，培养孢子体即可得到东北对开蕨的植株。另通过配方比较得出：试管内采用MS 培养 基增殖效果最好，试管外培养过程中定期喷施0.1% KH2PO4 诱导剂效果最好。
Abstract:
The experiment to the northeast divided fern spores of explant in vitro culture experiment was car? ried out, it is concluded that the northeast divided fern spores in vitro rapid propagation path: preliminary draw prothallus spores in vitro, prothallus through propagation quantity increased, and then will be in vitro in? duced to get these prothallus sporophyte, cultivate sporophyte obtains the northeast divided fern plants. In ad? dition, formula comparison showed that MS medium had the best effect of proliferation in vitro and 0.1% KH2PO4 inducer was sprayed regularly in vitro.
