摘要:
楠藤作为民间和民族常用药,有着良好的药用开发前景。采用正交试验法三因素三水平,即 超声时间,超声温度,乙醇浓度三个影响因素,每个因素三个水平,最大的影响因素为提取时间,其次 为乙醇浓度,最小影响因素则为提取温度。最佳工艺组合为A3B3C1,该提取工艺操作简便,为提取楠 藤叶中绿原酸提供理论依据,从而证实其具有抗炎性作用。
Abstract:
To explore the best process for extracting the composition of chlorogenic acid in Musaenda erosa Champ leaves. Three factors were used for orthogonal test, named ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, ethanol concentration, and three levels of each factor. The biggest factor is the extraction time, followed by ethanol concentration, and the least affecting factor is the extraction temperature. The best process combina? tion is A3B3C1, which means the extraction temperature is 80 degrees Celsius, the extraction time is 50mins, the ethanol concentration is 40%. The extraction process is simple and provides a theoretical basis for ex? tracting the chlorogenic acid in Musaenda erosa Champ leaves.
