摘要:
随着中国工业化、城镇化的快速推进,农村土地产权制度在实践中实现了自发突破,从所有权和承包经营权的“两权分离”制度逐步调整为所有权、承包权、经营权“三权分置”的格局。但当前中国相关法律尚未明晰、配套机制还不完善,农村土地产权制度变革仍面临许多不确定因素。
Abstract:
With the rapid of industrialization and urbanization, China, the rural land property rights system has realized the spontaneous breakthrough in practice. Current Chinese laws have not clear yet, and the supporting mechanism has not perfect, so the rural land property rights system change still face many uncertain factors
