摘要:
推进供给侧结构性改革，离不开土地制度和政策支持。在分析供给侧结构性改革对土地制度需求的基础上，剖析了现 行土地制度中与供给侧结构性改革不相适应的地方，并从创新土地供应制度、土地用途管制制度、土地收储制度以及土地税费 制度等方面提出了促进供给侧结构性改革的对策建议。
Abstract:
Promoting supply-side structural reform is inseparable from the land system and policy support. On the analysis of the supply side structural reform on the basis of the demand for land system, analyzes the current land system and supply side doesn't fit the struc? tural reforms in place, and the innovation system of land supply, land use control system, the land collection and storage system and land taxes and fees system puts forward countermeasure Suggestions to promote the structural reform of the supply side.
