摘要:
本文围绕兴隆林业局民有林建设、采伐年龄等一系列问题，介绍民有林的数量成熟龄、工艺成熟龄、防护成熟龄、经济 成熟龄，提出各种成熟龄的确定方法，在生产实践中，民有林的采伐年龄应取4 种成熟上限。当在伐期不能采伐时，宁可推迟也 不要提前采伐，同时对民有林成熟的可变性、成熟龄的表示方法及伐期龄的应用等问题进行探讨。
Abstract:
This paper revolves around Xinglong forestry bureau people bears the construction, the cutting a series of problems, such as the age all sorts of mature age determination methods are put forward.
