摘要:
村镇银行是新型农村金融机构中最重要的部分，是吸引私人资本进入银行业，支持农村金融发展的重要形式。文章利用SWOT分析对哈尔滨地区村镇银行发展进行系统分析，以期为哈尔滨地区村镇银行发展提供参考。
Abstract:
Village bank is the most important part of the new type of rural financial institutions，is to attract private capital into the banking sector，support the important form of the rural financial development. The article using the SWOT analysis to system analysis，development of rural Banks in Harbin in order to provide references for the development of rural Banks in Harbin.
