永佃权是用益权中的一种，用益权即用益物权是指对他人的物品有使用和收益权利。如租借他人的土地，有使用该土地的权利。威廉佩蒂总说过：劳动是财富之父，土地是财富之母。农业自古都是国民经济的物质基础，古今中外都会受到社会
重视。封建社会的主要关系就是农民和土地的关系，本人只要通过研究清代永佃权对农民生活产生影响的方方面面，以给我们新时代改革开放中土地所有制改革提供有利借鉴。
