摘要:
党的十九大报告指出要“完善政府、工会、企业共同参与的劳动关系协调机制，构建中国特色和谐劳动关系。”浙江省作为 我国中小企业最为活跃的地区，吸纳大量农民工就业，且新生代农民工已成为主流。因此，以浙江省中小企业新生代农民工为 例来探讨劳动关系预警，构建和谐劳动关系具有一定代表性。
Abstract:
The party's 19th report said that "we should improve the coordination mechanism of labor relations involving the government, trade unions and enterprises, and build a harmonious labor relationship with Chinese characteristics." Zhejiang province is the most ac? tive region for small and medium-sized enterprises in China, attracting a large number of migrant workers, and the new generation of mi? grant workers has become the mainstream. Therefore, the new generation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang province is used as an example to discuss the early warning of labor relations and the construction of harmonious labor relations is representative.
