摘要:: 随着近几年来我国经济的快速发展，环境污染越来越严重，尤其是现代林业更是受到了巨大的破坏，使得我国许多地区的林业发展受到了一定的限制。在一个国家发展的过程中，现代林业是不可或缺的一部分，它对于国家发展具有至关重要的作用。而在林业发展的过程中，林业营林是其中一个重要的环节，尽管近几年来政府部门已经渐渐地认识到了现代林业营林的重要性，并且也采取了一系列的措施，但是，由于受多方面因素的制约，我国现代林业在营林方面始终存在着一系列的问题，进而严重的影响了林业的快速发展。本文就目前我国现代林业营林存在的问

Abstract:: With the rapid development of economy of our country in recent years, environmental pollu? tion is more and more serious, especially the modern forestry, the enormous damage, make our country in many parts of the forestry development is limited by a certain. In the process of developing a coun? try, modern forestry is an indispensable part, which plays a vital role in national development. And in the process of forestry development, forestry forest is one of the important link, although in recent years, the government has gradually realize the importance of modern forestry management, and also adopted a series of measures, however, due to the restriction of various factors, China's modern forestry in forestry is a series of problems, thus serious impact of the rapid development of the forestry.
