摘要:
我国目前正在经历事业单位制度管理的改革，对于监管事业单位的一切档案、人员变 动、财务信息工资情况都要纳入到监管的体系中来，档案管理本身是管理体系中一个重要的组 成部分，需要对其进行不断的更新和补全。事业单位的档案管理更是间接关系到整个行政系统 的工作质量和秩序效率，需要找出现今的事业单位档案管理中存在的问题，并且提出改进措 施。本文在分析目前的事业单位档案管理情况的基础上，对事业单位的档案管理的改进可能性 进行阐述，同时，提出了提高事业单位管理效率的对策。
Abstract:
China is currently experiencing institution reform of system of management, all files for regu? latory institution, personnel changes, financial information, salary will be into the regulatory system, file management itself is an important part of management system, need to be constantly update and completion. Institution archives management is indirectly related to the quality of the whole administra? tive system work efficiency and order, need to find out the problems existing in the present institution archives management, and improvement measures are put forward. Based on the analysis of the current situation on the basis of the archives management, file management improvement possibility of institu? tion, at the same time, puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the efficiency of the business unit management.
