小鼠肝炎是由小鼠肝炎病毒导致的一种传染病，小鼠肝炎病毒自然感染是经口和呼吸
道途径。目前国内外的诊断技术主要有很多，例如病理学诊断、RT-PCR、IFA、MFI 等。本文旨
在对MHV 的诊断技术做出综述，分析现有检测技术优缺点，为今后研究MHV 的诊断技术提供
理论依据。

Mouse hepatitis is an infectious disease caused by mouse hepatitis virus. At present, there
are many diagnostic techniques at home and abroad, such as pathological diagnosis, rt-pcr, IFA, MFI,
etc. This paper aims to summarize the diagnosis technology of MHV, analyze the advantages and disad?
vantages of existing detection technology, and provide theoretical basis for the future study of MHV di?
agnosis technology.
