摘要:
本试验以软枣猕猴桃的腋芽作为外植体,采用不同配方进行愈伤组织诱导培养,通过比 较得出MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L 为最佳愈伤组织诱导配方;然后将愈伤组织切块进行 不定芽诱导,得出配方MS+6-BA 0.4mg/L 分化率最高,所以该配方为最佳配方。
Abstract:
In this study, axillary buds of actinidia chinensis of soft date were used as explants for callus induction culture using different formulas. By comparison, MS+ 6-ba 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L were ob? tained as the optimal callus induction formula. Then, adventitious bud induction was performed on the cut of callus, and the formula MS+ 6-ba 0.4mg/L had the highest differentiation rate, so this formula was the best one.
