Title:: Application of SPOC-based Hybrid Teaching Method of Teaching in Economic Law Course in Finance and Economics

摘要:: 在教育部去除水课，打造金课的倡议下，明确提出培养应用技术型人才的目标后，怎样更好的培养本科学生职业素养和就业能力成为议题。本文以宁波大红鹰学院开设在财经管理类专业的经济法课程为例，针对其应用性强的学科特点和学生学习效果有待提高的现状，探索应用基于SPOC 的教学方法混合式教学方法。

Abstract:: In the initiative of the Education Ministry to abandoning poor courses, a clear aim is put for? ward for cultivating quality technical talents. And it is highly discussed about how to better cultivate un? dergraduate students' professional quality and employability. This thesis is based on the case of eco? nomic law course taking in Ningbo Dahongying College. It analyses the characteristics of the subject with strong applicability and the present situation of the students'learning efficiency. And find it needs enhance the applicability of the course and improve students’learning desperately. It thesis is explored in the guide of the SPOC hybrid teaching method.
