摘要:
国家治理的发展经历了漫长的历程，发展到现在，提出了新的要求—国家治理现代 化。良好的国家治理与良好的制度设计密不可分，法治应运而生。本文将从实施法治的必要性 和国家治理现代化面临的挑战入手，希望理清法治与国家治理现代化的关系。
Abstract:
The development of national governance has gone through a long process. Good national gov? ernance and good system design are inseparable, the rule of law arises at the right moment. This paper will start from the necessity of implementing the rule of law and the challenges facing the modernization of national governance, hoping to clarify the relationship between the rule of law and the modernization of national governance.
