摘要:
“民以食为天”这句话强调了食物是人类生存发展的基本需要，食物也是国家发展及社会 发展的必需前提。因此食品工业在经济中占有绝对至关重要的地位。21 世纪，食品产品市场面 临着两大趋势，一个是增强食物的营养保健性，另一个是提高食物及农产品的安全性。安全性不 仅仅指的是食物供应数量充足还包括农产品无毒无害的生产。因此农产品质量安全控制与农药 残留检测技术成为人们关注的核心热点。
Abstract:
The saying "food is the sky of the people" emphasizes that food is the basic need for human survival and development, and food is also the necessary prerequisite for national development and so? cial development. In the 21st century, the food product market is faced with two major trends, one is to enhance the nutrition and health of food, the other is to improve the safety of food and agricultural prod? ucts. Safety does not only mean that there is an adequate supply of food but also that produce is pro? duced innocuously. Therefore, the quality safety control of agricultural products and the detection of pes? ticide residues have become the focus of attention.
