摘要:
研究生党支部是对研究生党员进行教育、培养和管理的重要阵地，是党的组织基础，是 高校党建工作的重要组成部分。研究生群体因年龄、思想、理想等方面的差异，研究生党支部活 动较难开展。本研究以南京农业大学农学院为例，采用问卷调查的方式，总结了新时代背景下农 林类高校研究生党支部普遍存在的问题，并从党员培养、党员干部培训、组织生活体系等方面提 出建议，旨在进一步优化研究生党支部建设，不断增强研究生基层党建工作活力。
Abstract:
The graduate student party branch is an important position for the education, training and management of the postgraduates party members, is the organizational basis of the party, and is an im? portant part of the party building work in colleges and universities. Because of the difference of age, thought, ideal and so on, it is difficult for graduate students to carry out the activities of the Party branch. Taking the Agricultural College of Nanjing Agricultural University as an example, the paper summarizes the common problems in the graduate party branch of agricultural and forestry universities under the background of the new era by means of questionnaire survey, and from the aspects of the culti? vation of party members and the training of party members and cadres. In order to further optimize the construction of the party branch of graduate students and strengthen the party building work at the grass-roots level of graduate students, suggestions are put forward in the aspect of organizing and living system.
