摘要:
本文的写作目的是铸造废砂对破坏环境的不利影响,用铸造废砂代替不同比例0~ 5mm 等质量的集料加入到沥青综合料中,然后进行相关实验,如车辙实验、小梁弯曲和冻融劈裂 的实验,研究在不同掺量下的铸造废砂AC-13 的混合物沥青在低温抗裂性和高温稳定性及水稳 定性的变化。研究表明了,铸造废砂的用量与沥青的用量成正比,而高温稳定性的变化情况是废 砂掺量的增多使其先增加到一定程度后又降低了,当废砂的用量到达最大,即为10%,然而整体 的动稳定度变化次数稍小.对于低温抗裂性来说整体的趋势是先增大然后减少,废砂的用量此
Abstract:
In order to reduce the negative effect of waste sand stacking on the environment, the cast waste sand is mixed into asphalt mixture with different proportion and equal quality instead of 0~5mm aggregate, and the rutting test is carried out. The variation of high temperature, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of AC-13 asphalt mixture with different content of cast waste sand were studied by trabecular bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test. The results show that the amount of as? phalt increases with the increase of the amount of cast waste sand, and the high temperature stability in? creases first and then decreases with the increase of the amount of waste sand, and reaches the maxi? mum when the amount of cast waste sand is 10, but the total amount of asphalt increases.
