摘要:: 随着教学改革的不断深化，中外教师合作教学成为教学改革中的一项新内容。尤其是在外语教学过程中，因为存在不同文化的差异，需要中外教师之间相互合作，优势互补。本文基于跨文化交际研究基础上，以外语教学为主要探讨方面，研究探讨中外教师合作教学的意义、存在的问题以及如何开展等方面。以期促进教学的开展，促进教学改革的发展。

Abstract:: With the continuous deepening of teaching reform, the cooperative teaching of Chinese and foreign teachers has become a new content in teaching reform. Especially in the process of foreign lan? guage teaching, because there are differences in different cultures, Chinese and foreign teachers need to cooperate with each other and complement each other. Based on the study of intercultural communi? cation, this paper focuses on foreign language teaching, and studies the significance, problems and how to carry out cooperative teaching between Chinese and foreign teachers. With a view to promoting the development of teaching and promoting the development of teaching reform.
