摘要:: 起初辅导员职业建设规划的目的是为高校学生做好政治思想工作，如今高校辅导员的职业特点展现出多面性、职业性、专业性、可发展性、可培养性等特征。职业环境及时代的迅速发展，也对高校辅导员的职业能力提出更高要求。而在高职院校的辅导员职业核心能力建设中，辅导员的思想政治教育、引导能力；学生职业规划与引导能力以及学生心理健康教育与心理问题辅导能力尤为重要。

Abstract:: In the beginning, the purpose of career development planning for college counselors was to do a good job in political and ideological work for college students. Now, the career characteristics of college counselors show the characteristics of multifaceted, professional, professional, developable and culturable. The rapid development of the professional environment and The Times also put forward high? er requirements for the professional ability of college counselors.
