摘要:
沙枣生长迅速,繁殖容易,生命力强、且具有较强的抗逆性,同时沙枣具有耐瘠薄和改 良土壤的作用。为了研究沙枣对水分的响应机制和对水分的利用率,用LI-6400 便携式光合仪 器测定沙枣的蒸腾速率、光照强度、气孔导度,并分析水分利用效率。结果表明,沙枣的蒸腾速 率与光照强度、气孔导度都有关系。回归分析表明,影响的蒸腾速率的主要因子为光照强度,蒸 腾速率与其他因子呈线性关系。
Abstract:
Jujube grows quickly, reproduces easily, the vitality is strong, and has the stronger resis? tance, simultaneously jujube has the barren resistance and the improvement soil function. In order to study the response mechanism to water and the utilization rate of water, the transpiration rate, light intensity and stomatal conductance of jujube were measured by li-6400 portable photosynthetic in? strument, and the water utilization efficiency was analyzed. The results showed that the transpiration rate was related to light intensity and stomatal conductance. Regression analysis showed that the main factor influencing transpiration rate was light intensity, and the transpiration rate had a linear relationship with other factors.
