摘要:
随着我国科技水平的不断提升,农业技术也得到了相应的发展,缩短了蔬菜的生长期, 而我国环境污染不断,蔬菜遭受到病虫的毒害也较为严重,在解决此问题上多数是采用农药进 行杀灭害虫,蔬菜在使用农药后可正常生长。但部分蔬菜在生长过程中还会存在农药残留问 题,并且人们对食品安全问题越来越重视,因此如何采用科学有效的方法检测蔬菜农药的残留 问题尤为重要,不仅要提高蔬菜农药残留的准确性,还要保证蔬菜使用的安全性。基于此本文 将对蔬菜农药残留检测进行分析,并对酶抑制发检测蔬菜农药残留的效果进行讨论和评价,为 我区农业技术发展提供可靠的参考依据。
Abstract:
With the development of science and technology in China, agricultural technology has been developed accordingly, and the growing period of vegetables has been shortened. In order to solve this problem, pesticides are mostly used to kill pests, and vegetables can grow normally after the use of pesticides. However, some vegetables will still have pesticide residues in the growth pro? cess, and people pay more and more attention to food safety. Therefore, how to use scientific and ef? fective methods to detect pesticide residues in vegetables is particularly important.
