摘要:: 农村社区地点较为偏远，矛盾纠纷较为单一，法律专业服务开展较为困难。高校党员义务服务意识较高，通过形成专门的志愿服务团队，运用专业知识可以有效应对农村社区较为单一的纠纷类型，提供无偿的法律服务。既帮助农村社区解决纠纷，又有效的降低其咨询成本，同时也能够使在校的学生党员锻炼法律知识应用于实践的能力。通过有效的共建方式及路径，充分有效的实现农村社区和高校学生党员共建，发挥党员先进性及示范作用，提升党员法律志愿者在社区共建中的组织力。

Abstract:: Rural communities are remote and have contradictory disputes, which makes it difficult to carry out legal professional services. Communist Party members have a higher awareness of voluntary service. They have a dedicated volunteer service team. Their professional knowledge can deal with a sin? gle type of dispute, and unpaid legal service activities can not only help rural communities solve practi? cal problems, but also effectively reduce consulting costs. At the same time, it can also make the legal knowledge of the student communist applied to practice. Through effective co-construction methods and paths, the rural community and college student party members will be fully and effectively estab? lished, and the advanced and demonstrative role of party members will be brought into play to enhance the organizational strength of party members' legal volunteers in community building.
