摘要:
在我们人类的正常生命活动过程当中,各类营养素的存在必不可少。其存在与否会直 接影响到我们人类的各类生理性功能。近年来,随着近代医学技术的不断发展,营养素的存在 愈发受到着人们的关注和重视。人们愈发重视着人体对各类营养素的进一步摄取、吸收和利 用。然而,与此同时,过量营养素对人体产生的毒性和危害却鲜为人知。本研究旨在探究数类 常见的维生素和微量元素营养素过量时对人体产生的毒性,以供我国广大人民群众参考。
Abstract:
In the normal life of our human activities, the existence of various nutrients is essential. Whether it exists or not will directly affect our various physiological functions. In recent years, with the continuous development of modern medical technology, the existence of nutrients has attracted more and more attention. People pay more and more attention to the human body's further intake, ab? sorption and utilization of various nutrients. However, at the same time, the toxicity and harm of ex? cessive nutrients to human body are little known. The purpose of this study is to explore the toxicity of several common vitamins and micronutrients to human body in excess, so as to provide reference for the broad masses of people in China.
