摘要:
在农业科研院所的日常工作中，办公室工作是整个农业科研院所工作的基础，具备调 研参谋、传达执行以及后勤服务等多项功能。基于此，本文从农业科研院校在行政管理方面的 不足入手，给出了办公室工作视域下，农业科研院所行政管理效率提升的路径，分别从整体和个 人两方面进行分析，农业科研院所需要制定完善的办公室管理制度，提升办公室行政人员的素 养，切实提升行政管理效率。
Abstract:
In the daily work of agricultural research institutes, office work is the basis of the work of the whole agricultural scientific research institute. Based on this, this paper starts with the deficiencies of the administrative management in the agricultural scientific research colleges, and gives the way to im? prove the efficiency of the administrative management of the agricultural scientific research institutes from the perspective of office work, and analyzes the administrative efficiency of the agricultural scien? tific research institutes from both the whole and the individual aspects. Agricultural research institutes need to establish a perfect office management system, improve the quality of office administrators, and effectively improve the efficiency of administrative management.
