摘要:: 在过去的几年里，数字档案的管理已经成为一种不可避免的趋势，随着信息技术的发展,因此,在新形势下的背景下,档案管理机构应该根据自己的实际情况,采取有效措施,具体机构档案数字化管理,促进档案工作的数字化和现代化和效率,并为公共机构档案工作更好的服务。

Abstract:: In recent years, with the continuous development of information technology, the digital ar? chives management has already become a kind of inevitable trend, therefore, under the background of the new situation, the institutions should start according to own actual situation, take effective mea? sures, concrete institution archives digitization management, promoting the digitalization and moderniza? tion of archives work and efficiency, and better services for public institutions archives work.
