摘要:: 自新课程改革以来，素质教育的教学理念一直被推崇，随着时代的不断发展进步，传统的应试教育已经无法满足社会对综合型高素质人才的需求，因此，素质教育得到了越来越多人的重视，素质教育重在德智体美劳全面发展，中学体育作为锻炼学生体能，培养学生身心健康发展的一门基础课程，对素质教育的施行起着关键作用，如何提高中学体育教学的有效性，促进素质教育的发展成为了每个学校和教师急需解决的问题。本文从当前中学体育教学现状出发，结合笔者的实际教学经验，就如何提高中学体育教学质量提出了几个实用性建议。

Abstract:: Since the new curriculum reform, the teaching concept of quality education has been highly praised. With the continuous development and progress of the times, the traditional exam-oriented edu? cation can no longer meet the needs of the society for comprehensive high-quality talents. Therefore, the quality education has been improved. The more people pay attention to it, the quality education fo? cuses on the all-round development of morality, intelligence, art and labor. As a basic course to train students' physical fitness and cultivate students' physical and mental health, middle school sports plays a key role in the implementation of quality education. How to improve middle school The effectiveness of physical education and the promotion of quality education have become an urgent problem for every school and teacher. Based on the current situation of physical education in middle schools, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions on how to improve the quality of physical education in middle school.
