摘要:
本文通过使用超高效的液相色谱仪建立了一种测定玉米赤霉烯酮在粮食中含量的方 法。实验结果显示:在浓度范围10 μg/L~500 μg/L 内,校准曲线相关系数为0.9998;进样量 2μL,仪器检出限为1.5μg/L,定量限为5μg/L。三个浓度下标准品的保留时间和峰面积相对标 准偏差分别在0.03~0.15%和0.28~1.71%之间;玉米样品平均加标回收率为92.7%~104.0%。该 方法简便快速,且易操作。
Abstract:
A method for the determination of zearalenone in grain by ultra performance liquid chro? matograph was developed. The results show that the correlation coefficient of standard curve is 0.9998 in the concentration range of 10 μg/L-500 μg/L,sample size is 2μL, limit of instrumental de? tection is 1.5 μg/L,limit of quantitation is 5 g/L. The standard of retention time and peak area at three concentrations were between 0.03-0.15% and 0.28-1.71%,the average recovery rate of corn samples were 92.7%-104.0%. The method is simple, rapid and easy to operate.
