摘要:
拔尖创新人才培养是新时代产业发展的动力源。以“双导师”制以及以“‘一制’+‘两驱 动’”为培养方式，通过“双标准”考核，将学生培养成为新时代“大国工匠”型拔尖创新人才，以满 足国家和社会发展的需要。
Abstract:
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is the power source of industrial development in the new era. In order to meet the needs of the development of the country and society, students can be trained into top-notch innovative talents of "big country craftsmen" in the new era through the "double standard" system and the "one system 'and" two drives "as the" double tutor "system and the" one sys? tem' and "two drives" as the training mode.
